Seated Forearms Stretch

Seated Forearms Stretch — Sit upright on a chair or floor with your back straight. Extend one arm forward with the palm facing up or down. Use your opposite hand to gently pull the fingers back toward your body to deepen the stretch in the forearm. Keep the elbow straight and shoulders relaxed while holding the stretch for 15–30 seconds. Switch sides and repeat — helps relieve tension and improve flexibility in the forearms and wrists.
