Ring Leg Curl

Hang gymnastic rings from a secure anchor point and lie on your back with your heels placed in the rings. Lift your hips into a bridge position and keep your core engaged. With legs extended, curl your heels toward your glutes by bending the knees, then slowly extend your legs back to the starting position while maintaining hip elevation and control. This movement targets the hamstrings and challenges core stability due to the instability of the rings.
