Kettlebell Straight Leg Deadlift

Stand with feet about hip-width apart holding a kettlebell with both hands in front of your thighs. Keep a slight bend in your knees and brace your core. Hinge at the hips by pushing them backward while lowering the kettlebell down along your legs in a controlled motion, maintaining a flat back and neutral spine. Lower until you feel a strong stretch in your hamstrings without rounding your lower back. Drive your hips forward to return to standing, squeezing your glutes at the top. Repeat for the desired reps with smooth, controlled tempo throughout.
