Kettlebell Bottoms Up Clean From The Hang Position

Stand with feet about shoulder-width apart and place the kettlebell slightly in front of you. Hinge at the hips and grip the kettlebell with one hand, letting it hang between your legs in a controlled position. Drive explosively through your hips and legs to lift the kettlebell upward, keeping it close to your body. As the kettlebell rises, guide the elbow back and begin rotating the wrist so the bell flips. Catch the kettlebell in the rack position with the bottom facing upward (handle down, bell up), stabilizing it using grip and forearm tension. Hold briefly under control, then reverse the movement back to the hang position before repeating.
