Stand with feet about shoulder-width apart and clean a kettlebell into one hand at shoulder level. Press or guide the kettlebell overhead so your arm is locked out and stable. Keep your eyes on the kettlebell throughout the movement. Begin leaning your torso sideways and slightly rotating under the weight while keeping the arm vertical and mostly relaxed. As you bend, shift your hips back and to the side, lowering your torso toward the floor while the kettlebell stays stacked over your shoulder. Once your torso is lowered as far as mobility allows, reverse the motion by driving through your legs and hips to return to standing, keeping the kettlebell locked overhead the entire time. Repeat for reps before switching sides.
