Dumbbell Split Squat Front Foot Elevated

Elevating the front foot on a low platform increases knee flexion and quadriceps demand during the split squat. Hold a dumbbell in each hand at your sides, lower under control until the back knee nearly touches the floor, then drive through the front heel to stand back up.
