Dumbbell Single Leg Squat

Stand tall holding a dumbbell in each hand at your sides. Shift your weight onto one leg and lift the other leg slightly forward off the ground for balance. Slowly lower your body by bending the knee and hip of the standing leg, keeping your chest up and back straight. Descend under control as if sitting into a chair, maintaining balance throughout the movement. Go down until your thigh is near parallel to the floor (or as low as you can control), then press through your heel to return to standing. Keep your core tight and avoid letting the knee collapse inward. Switch legs after completing the set.
