Dumbbell Bar Grip Sumo Squat

A wide-stance squat variation where you hold dumbbells with a neutral grip while standing with feet wider than shoulder-width and toes turned outward. Lower your hips down between your legs while keeping your chest lifted and knees tracking outward, then push through your heels to stand back up. This stance places extra emphasis on the inner thighs, glutes, and quads while challenging core stability throughout the movement.
