Dumbbell Shoulder Internal Rotation At 90 Abduction

Raising the arm to shoulder height and rotating the forearm downward against a light dumbbell isolates the internal rotators in a position closer to how the shoulder actually moves during throwing or pressing. Keeping the elbow pinned at 90 degrees stops the shoulder from compensating with momentum.
