Cable Forearm Pronation

A forearm strengthening exercise performed on a cable machine where you rotate your wrist inward against resistance to target the muscles responsible for pronation. Stand facing the cable with a handle attached low, grasp the handle with your palm facing upward, and rotate your forearm so your palm turns downward. Control the movement in both directions to maintain tension. This exercise enhances wrist and forearm strength, improves grip stability, and supports better performance in functional and athletic tasks.
