Barbell Military Press (with Hanging Band Technique)

Stand with your feet about shoulder-width apart and rack a barbell at chest height with bands attached so they hang down and add resistance as you press. Grasp the bar with an overhand grip slightly wider than shoulder-width, brace your core, and press the barbell overhead in a controlled motion. The hanging bands create fluctuating tension that challenges your stability and increases muscle engagement, so maintain steady form as you lower the bar back to shoulder level.
