Barbell Incline Lying Rear Delt Raise

Lie face down on an incline bench holding a barbell with an overhand grip. With arms slightly bent, lift the barbell outward and up until your arms are roughly parallel to the floor, leading with your elbows and squeezing the muscles at the back of your shoulders. Pause briefly at the top, then slowly lower the barbell back down with control. This focused motion isolates the rear delts while minimizing momentum.
