Barbell Deadlift Against Chains

A progressive resistance deadlift variation where chains are attached to the barbell, increasing the load as you lift. As the bar rises, more chain links leave the ground, making the top portion of the movement heavier and more demanding. Maintain a strong hip hinge, keep the bar close to your body, and drive through your legs while bracing your core. This variation enhances lockout strength, explosive power, and overall posterior chain development.
