Band Squat With Single Arm Row

Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and a resistance band anchored under your feet. Hold the band in one hand and lower into a squat by bending your knees and pushing your hips back. As you rise from the squat, pull the band toward your torso in a single-arm rowing motion. Squeeze your back muscles at the top, then slowly return the band and lower back into the next squat. Keep your core engaged and move in a controlled manner throughout.
