Adduction Hand With Elbow Extended Stretch

Adduction Hand With Elbow Extended Stretch — Stand or sit upright and extend one arm straight in front or to the side with the elbow fully extended. Use your opposite hand to gently pull or guide the extended hand across or inward (adduction), creating a stretch through the forearm and wrist. Keep the elbow straight and movement controlled while maintaining a neutral posture. Hold for 15–30 seconds and repeat on both sides — helps improve flexibility, mobility, and reduces tension in the forearm and wrist.
