Kettlebell Rear Lunge

Stand upright holding a kettlebell in one or both hands (at your side or in a rack position). Keep your chest up and core engaged. Step one leg backward into a lunge, lowering your hips until both knees are bent around 90 degrees and the back knee is close to the floor without touching. Keep your front knee aligned over your foot. Push through your front heel to return to the starting position, then repeat on the other leg or alternate sides. Maintain a controlled tempo and stable torso throughout.
