Stand with feet about shoulder-width apart holding a kettlebell in each hand. Hinge at the hips and slightly bend your knees to bring the kettlebells into a hang position between your legs. Explosively extend your hips and pull one kettlebell upward close to your body, rotating it into the rack position at shoulder height while keeping the other kettlebell controlled in the hang. As you stabilize one side, lower it back down and immediately drive the opposite kettlebell upward in the same pattern. Continue alternating sides in a smooth, rhythmic motion while maintaining a neutral spine, tight core, and controlled breathing throughout.
