Kettlebell Contralateral Reverse Lunge

Stand tall holding a kettlebell in one hand at your side. Brace your core and keep your torso upright and square. Step backward with the leg opposite the kettlebell (e.g., kettlebell in right hand, step back with left leg). Lower under control until both knees are bent about 90 degrees, with the back knee close to the floor. Drive through the front heel to return to standing, resisting any twisting of the torso. Repeat for all reps on one side before switching.
