Stand with feet about hip-width apart holding a dumbbell in each hand in front of your thighs. Keep your chest up, shoulders back, and core braced. Maintain a slight bend in the knees and keep it fixed throughout the movement. Begin by pushing your hips backward and lowering the dumbbells straight down along the front of your legs. Keep your back flat and the weights close to your body as you descend. Lower until you feel a strong stretch in your hamstrings, usually around mid-shin level. Drive your hips forward, squeeze your glutes, and return to a fully upright position in a controlled motion. Avoid rounding your back or turning it into a squat. Repeat for the desired reps.
