Battling Ropes High Waves

Stand with feet shoulder-width apart holding one end of the rope in each hand. Bend your knees slightly and engage your core. Raise both arms higher than usual (above shoulder level) and forcefully slam them downward to create large, powerful waves in the ropes. Continue lifting and lowering your arms in a controlled but explosive rhythm, focusing on generating big waves through the entire length of the ropes. Maintain a stable stance, keep your core tight, and breathe steadily throughout the movement.
