Backward Jump

A plyometric lower-body exercise where you explosively jump backward from a standing position and land softly with control. Begin with a slight bend in your knees, swing your arms for momentum, and push off the ground using both legs. Absorb the landing by bending your knees and keeping your core engaged. This movement improves power, coordination, and balance while strengthening the legs and enhancing athletic performance.
