45 Degrees Side Bend

45° Side Bend — Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart, one hand on your hip and the other extended overhead or holding weight. Slowly bend your torso sideways, lowering your upper body toward the leg while keeping your core engaged and spine neutral. Pause briefly at the bottom, then return to the starting position in a controlled motion. Repeat on both sides — targets the obliques and enhances core strength and flexibility.
